Interim privacy Notice.

When you join the founding waitlist, we collect your email address, optional first name, role, country, optional province/state/region, entry intent and endurance-experience band. We also record your separate email-update preference, the wording version shown, the time the preference was recorded and whether a record is an internal quality-assurance test.

We record limited first-touch attribution such as campaign tags, referring page and landing page, plus waitlist viewed, started and completed events. These measurements are used to understand demand and form performance; they are not sold as personal profiles.

When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, inquiry category and message you submit. Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Waitlist information is used to register interest, understand the composition and location of the audience, improve the signup experience and prepare aggregate internal demand reporting.

A waitlist signup alone does not authorize email updates. We will use an address for event or registration updates only when the separate email-update control was affirmatively selected and the formal email program described below is ready.

Contact information is used to review and respond to inquiries. We do not sell or rent personal information.

The email-update control is optional and is not pre-selected. The current wording records a preference only; it is not represented as a completed compliance framework.

The Last Mile will not begin marketing or event-update emails until the sender identity, valid mailing address/contact framework, final privacy notice and working withdrawal/unsubscribe mechanism are confirmed. Until then, you may change your preference or request removal through the website contact form or the privacy email below. Minimal suppression records may be retained so that we can respect and document your request.

We use service providers to host the website, store submitted information, provide security and support future email delivery. These providers process information only to provide services to The Last Mile and may operate in Canada or other jurisdictions.

Active waitlist records are retained while you remain subscribed and for no longer than 12 months after the August 11, 2028 event unless a longer period is required by law. Contact inquiries are normally deleted or anonymized within 24 months after the last substantive interaction. Minimal suppression records may be retained so that we continue to respect an unsubscribe request.

We use restricted administrative access, encrypted network connections, submission controls and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information held. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your email address. Submit a privacy request through the contact form or email info@thelastmileultra.com.

This policy may be updated as the event, website and service providers develop. The effective date below will be revised when material changes are made.
